补肾安神汤加减辅助治疗老年顽固性失眠效果观察

摘　　要：目的观察补肾安神汤加减辅助治疗老年顽固性失眠的效果.方法收集丹东市振兴区医院2014年1月—2018年12月收治的老年顽固性失眠患者140例,随机分为观察组和对照组各70例.两组均口服地西泮片,10 m g/次;观察组在此基础上加用补肾安神汤,1剂/d,分两次服用.对两组患者的夜间睡眠质量、日间疲劳情况和治疗效果进行评价.结果对照组PSQI为(13.2±2.7)分,高于观察组的(7.4±1.5)分,差异有统计学意义(t=3.826,P<0.05).对照组ESS为(15.8±3.6)分,高于观察组的(9.5±2.1)分,差异有统计学意义(t=4.731;P<0.05).对照组治疗总有效率为81.43%,低于观察组的92.86%,差异有统计学意义(χ^2=4.080,P<0.05).结论补肾安神汤加减能够进一步改善患者的夜间睡眠质量和日间疲劳程度,并提高治疗有效率,值得推广使用.Objective To observe the effect of Bushen Anshen Decoction on senile intractable insomnia. Methods A total of 140 elderly patients with intractable insomnia admitted to our hospital from January 2014 to December 2018 were randomly divided into observation group and control group, 70 cases in each group. Both groups were given diazepam tablets, 10 mg/time orally, while the observation group was given Bushen Anshen Decoction, 1 dose/day, twice. Night sleep quality, daytime fatigue and therapeutic effect of the two groups were evaluated. Results The PSQI of control group was (13.2±2.7), which is significantly higher than (9.5±2.1) of observation group (t=3.826, P<0.05). The ESS of control group was (15.8±3.6), which is significantly higher than (7.4±1.5) of observation group (t=4.731, P<0.05). The effective rate of control group was 81.43%, which is significantly lower than 92.86% of observation group (χ^2=4.080, P<0.05). Conclusion Bushen Anshen Decoction Jiajian Decoction can further improve the quality of night sleep and the degree of daytime fatigue in patients, and improve the efficiency of treatment, which is worth promoting.
