摘　　要：目的调査分析云南省急救中心急救护士心肺复苏的知识水平和行为习惯,为后续针对性培训提供参考依据。方法采用横断面调査研究,对云南省急救中心全体一线急救护士73人进行问卷调查。使用SPSS23.0进行统计分析,并以总分变量为因变量,与职称,学历和培训水平等自变量进行多元线性回归分析。结果共发放了73份调査问卷,收回68份,收回率为93.15%。总分(8.56±1.9),及格率52.94%。胸外按压部分得分为(2.24±1.04),低于CA的识别分[(3.15±0.92)]和人工通气得分[(3.18±1.17)]。胸外按压的深度和频率的正确率均只有20.6%和52.9%,61.8%的被调查者选择了2010版答案(>5cm和>100次/min)。多元线性回归分析显示总分与性别和培训程度相关(均P<0.05)。行为习惯调査显示,只有36.8%和57.3%的参与者习惯于在推药后抬高患者和用生理盐水冲管,多数人(77.9%)习惯在CPR时在肘正中静脉进行穿刺。结论云南省急救中心的急救护士对CPR知识的掌握程度较低,急需统一培训和定期考核来提高和更新CPR知识,同时应注重静脉推药后的一些习惯养成。Objective To investigate the theoretical knowledge and behavioral habits of cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) in the nurses of the Emergency Center of Yunnan Province.Methods A self-administered questionnaire survey on the theoretical knowledge and behavioral habits about CPR.was conducted among 73 nurses,17 males and 51 females, 22 staff nurses,35 senior nurses,10 supervisor nurses,and 1 co-chief nurse,2 with secondary vocational school education,32 with three-year college education,and 32 with bachelor degree,56 with training of 6 months and 12 with training longer than 6 months.Statistical analysis using the SPSS 23.0 of total variables according to the gender, age,title,education and training level of participants for multivariate linear regression analysis.Results Sixtyeight qustionnaires (93.15%) were collected.The general score of CPR Knowledge was (8.56±1.9) and the pass rate was 52.94%.The score of chest compression was (2.24± 1.04),lower than those of identification of cardiac arrest [(3.15± 0.92)] and artificial ventilation [(3.18± 1.17)].The general score of the male nurses was (9.47± 1.94),significantly higher than that of the female nurses [(8.26± 1.81),P<0.05].The general score of those trained within the last 6 months was (9.67± 1.76),significantly higher than those without training within the last 6 months [(17.6),P<0.05].The correct rate of depth of chest compression was only 20.6%.In reply to the questions of the depth and frequency of chest compression 52.9% and 61.8% of the respondents chose the out-of-dated answers in the 2010 version (>5 cm and >100 bpm). The multivariate linear regression analysis showed that total score was relevant to the sex and training level of the respondents. Only 36.8% and 57.3% of the respondents used to lift the arm of patients and scouring the hose with saline after injection,and 77.9% of them were accustomed to puncture the median vein of the elbow during CPR.Conclusion The nurses in the Emergency Center of Yunnan Province still fail to know well the k
