数字化印模与传统印模在牙体缺损修复中的应用效果比较

摘　　要：目的:探讨比较数字化印模与传统印模在牙体缺损修复中的应用效果。方法:选取牙体缺损患者90例将其为研究对象,随机分为数字组(45例)和传统组(45例)。传统组采用传统印模法制作修复体,数字组采用数字化印模法制作修复体,比较两组的临床效果、边缘密合度、取模护理操作时间、言语及咀嚼功能恢复时间、不良反应,采用自拟调查问卷评估两组修复前后的言语功能及咀嚼功能。结果:数字组的临床有效率(97.78%)显著高于传统组(82.22%)(P<0.05);数字组的边缘密合度合格率(100.00%)显著高于传统组(84.44%)(P<0.05);数字组的言语及咀嚼功能评分均显著高于传统组(P<0.05);数字组的取模护理操作时间及言语、咀嚼功能恢复时间均显著短于传统组(P<0.05);数字组的不良反应发生率(8.89%)显著低于传统组(26.67%)(P<0.05)。结论:相较于传统印模技术,数字化印模能够显著提高牙体修复效果,缩短治疗时间,利于口腔功能的恢复,且降低不良反应的发生。Objective:To explore and compare application effect of digital impression and traditional impression on restoration of tooth defects.Methods:A total of 90 patients with tooth defects who were admitted to stomatology department were enrolled.They were randomly divided into digital group(45 cases)and traditional group(45 cases).The traditional group was given traditional impression to make restorations,while digital group was given digital impression to make restorations.The clinical effects,edge airtight degree,nursing operation time of mode taking,recovery time of speech and chewing function,and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.The self-made questionnaires were performed to evaluate speech function and chewing function in both groups before and after restoration.Results:The clinical response rate of digital group was significantly higher than that of traditional group(97.78%vs 82.22%)(P<0.05).The qualified rate of edge airtight degree in digital group was significantly higher than that in traditional group(100.00%vs 84.44%)(P<0.05).The scores of speech and chewing function in digital group were significantly higher than those in traditional group(P<0.05).The nursing operation time of mode taking and recovery time of speech and chewing function in digital group were significantly shorter than those in traditional group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in digital group was significantly lower than that in traditional group(8.89%vs 26.67%)(P<0.05).Conclusion:Compared with traditional impression technology,digital impression can significantly improve dental restoration effect,shorten treatment time,facilitate recovery of oral function,and reduce occurrence of adverse reactions.
