摘  要:电流模式控制Boost变换器是工业中广泛应用的一类开关变换器,开关管周期性导通和关断,使得Boost变换器具有丰富的非线性现象。但实际电感具有磁滞和饱和的特性,这将对变换器动力学行为的分析产生重要影响。利用J-A(Jiles-Atherton)磁滞模型建立了非线性电感模型,并将之嵌入到Boost变换器的状态方程中,通过数值仿真研究了电流模式控制Boost变换器的动力学行为。仿真结果表明,在建模时考虑电感的非线性特性,对Boost变换器稳定工作区域的分析将更加精确。同时发现电感的非线性特性对电路稳定性带来了较大影响,其机理与斜坡补偿是相似的。Current-mode-controlled boost converter is broadly used in industry.Owing to the switch is turned on and off periodically,the Boost converter exhibits abundant nonlinear phenomena.But real inductor displays hysteresis and saturation,which has an important influence on the system dynamics of converter.As a remedy,J-A (Jiles-Atherton) model is adopted to handle the nonlinear behavior of inductor,and the state equations of the boost converters are established incorporating with the J-A model.The simulation results indicate that the analysis of stable operation region is more accurate when taken account of nonlinear inductor.It is also found that the nonlinear inductor has a great influence on the stability of circuit,and its mechanism is similar to that of slope compensation.
