摘　　要：企业要想保证长期有效经营,就应提高自身的忧患意识,并且具备有效预防和处理危机的能力。本文以波音公司为例,重点阐述危机管理的种类及原则,对波音公司面临的危机进行详细的分析并提出相应的建议,希望能对国内企业的危机管理有一定的启发。Enterprises must improve their awareness of crisis and be capable of preventing and dealing with the crisis in order to maintain the sustainable operations.This article aims to take The Boeing Company's crisis as an example to illustrate the concept and principles of crisis management.The article would analyze the crisis Boeing is facing then propose corresponding suggestions.Hoping it will help some enterprises with improving their own crisis management process.
