摘  要:随着科学技术的不断发展,自动化有关的理论与技术逐渐成熟,由此出现了许多自动化控制技术。将自动化技术应用于机电领域,能够有效提升机电设备的控制水准与生产效率,对机电工程的建设与发展起着十分重要的促进作用。但是,自动化设备漏电故障时有发生,给企业造成了巨大的经济损失,同时威胁着操作者的生命安全。因此,将从改善机电自动化设备漏电控制技术、加强机电自动化设备漏电检测、提高机电自动化设备运行可靠性与稳定性、构建机电设备安全管理平台四个方面,重点研究机电自动化设备安全控制措施,以促进机电领域安全高效发展。With the continuous development of science and technology,theories and technologies related to automation have gradually matured,and many automation control technologies have emerged. Applying automation technology to the field of electromechanical technology can effectively improve the control level and production efficiency of electromechanical equipment,and plays an important role in promoting the construction and development of electromechanical engineering. However,automatic equipment leakage failures occur,which brings huge economic losses to the enterprise and threatens the safety of the operator. To this end,research on safety control measures for electromechanical automation equipment is proposed. This paper studies the four aspects of improving the leakage control technology of electromechanical automation equipment,strengthening the leakage detection of electromechanical automation equipment,improving the reliability and stability of electromechanical automation equipment operation,and constructing the safety management platform of electromechanical equipment. I hope to provide some methodological reference for promoting the safe and efficient development of the electromechanical field.
