摘　　要：就业价值取向是社会资本影响就业行为的重要前提和关键因素,深入研究高职院校毕业生的就业价值取向实则是对社会资本的深度解析,诚信就业的提出是对高职院校诚信就业教育问题的重新审视,这对高职院校就业教育机制以及就业伦理观教育研究具有重要的实践意义。只有理清就业价值取向和诚信就业之间的关系,帮助高职毕业生树立正确的就业观,才能从根本上解决毕业生在就业过程中的诚信问题以及就业资源浪费问题。Orientation of the employment value is the important premise and the key factor that the social capital affects the behavior of the employment and the research on the employment value orientation of graduates of higher vocational colleges is a deep analysis of social capital. The proposal of faith employ-ment is a review on the education problem of the honest employment in higher vocational colleges. This pa-per is of practical significance to the education mechanism of employment and the research on employment ethics. Only by sorting out the relationship between employment value orientation and employment hon-estly ,it helps higher vocational graduates establish the correct employment outlook to solve the problem of the graduates? honesty and the waste of employment resources.
