摘 要:本文以生成语法的特征理论为基础,从二语句法-形态映射和特征重组视角探讨中国学习者习得英语时体语类的影响因素。通过对3组受试在理解型任务和产出型任务中对时体语类的掌握情况进行分析,结果显示:受试的语法水平与时体语类使用准确率呈正相关;现在进行体和过去进行体的掌握程度相对较弱;特征组装复杂程度影响抽象句法表征知识和表层形态之间的映射,导致句法-形态接口产生差错,二语特征组装越复杂,学习者的习得难度越大。学习者的句法-形态映射能力随着语法水平的发展而提高,学习者对目标语形式特征的掌握呈渐进式发展特点。Based on the theoretical framework of feature theory in Minimalist Program,this paper explores the possible factors that influence Chinese EFL learners’acquisition of tense and aspect at the syntax /morphology interface.95 participants with the onset age of 12 or above were divided into three groups according to their English proficiency. They were tested on the use of tense features in comprehension and productive tasks.The results show that their accuracy in using tense and aspect increases with their proficiency level and the present progressive and past progressive seem to be more difficult to acquire than present tense and past tense.It is argued that the complexity of feature reassembly constraints the mapping between abstract syntactic knowledge and surface morphology,thus causing mistakes at the syntax/morphology interface.The research results indicate that with the progress of L2 feature specification,the L2 learners’competence of syntax-morphology mapping gradually develops with their L2 proficiency.
