高校廉政风险防控体系建设探析

摘　　要：随着我国高校办学规模的不断扩大,全国各高校在招生考试、资金收支、干部选任、人才引进、职称评聘、招标采购、科研管理等方面拥有越来越多的自主权。与此同时,由此引发的高校各类廉政风险问题也日渐为全社会普遍关注。通过对高校可能存在的廉政风险问题的梳理,分析高校廉政风险产生的内在原因,提出高校廉政风险防控体系建设的方法。With the continuous expansion of the scale of running colleges and universities,colleges and universities have more and more autonomy in enrollment examination,cadre selection,title evaluation and employment,fund revenue and expenditure,bidding and procurement,scientific research management and so on.At the same time,various kinds of honest and clean government risks which frequently occur in colleges and universities have increasingly attracted social attention.By sorting out the main manifestations of the risk of clean government in colleges and universities,this paper analyses the causes of the risk of clean government in colleges and universities,clarifies the significance of the risk prevention and control of clean government in local colleges and universities,and puts forward the methods for the construction of the risk prevention and control system of clean government in local colleges and universities.
