摘 要:本试验旨在通过监测标准化肉鸡舍内氨气浓度,研究其分布规律,为肉鸡舍氨气浓度控制提供参考。试验使用便携式畜禽环境动态检测仪全程监测全年不同批次肉鸡舍内不同位置氨气浓度。结果表明:各横截面之间,从前至后氨气浓度逐渐升高,除第2批第7d12—13时外均差异显著(P<0.05);各纵截面之间,14、28、35d的氨气浓度差异显著,两侧氨气浓度大多显著高于其它区域(P<0.05)。以上结果表明鸡舍内不同区域氨气浓度差异显著,并有较强的规律性。To provide references for ammonia concentration control in broiler house, we monitored ammonia in strandardized broiler house by environmental dynamic detector all through the year and analyzed its distribution rule in the study. The results showed that the concentration of ammonia gradually increased from front to back between the cross sections, and the differences were significant except during 12∶ 00-13∶ 00 on the 7th day of the second batch chicken( P <0.05). The concentration of ammonia between different longitudinal section had significant differences on the 14th, 28th and 35th day, and most that of both sides were significantly higher than the other sites( P <0.05). So we considered that the concentration of ammonia distribution in different area had significant difference and strong regularity.
