摘 要:目的:运用C#开发语言,将膝骨性关节炎分级模型转化为跨平台、易用的软件系统,为缺乏相关了解及测评的患者提供自测工具,探索数学模型转化为软件程序及功能拓展的解决办法。方法:通过对膝骨性关节炎的模型进行信息化、应用快速原型开发模型,在windows操作系统中,进行设计、开发、变更、实现。结果:在开发中,检验了快速原型法的应用可靠性。在中小型软件开发项目中,可以满足用户多变需求,调动用户在软件设计全周期、特别是设计阶段的积极性,提高参与度,减少开发风险。结论:本系统开发完成了膝骨性关节炎分级预测模型,且在内测中使用效果良好,预测能力与模型一致。软件性能可靠,操作简便,可借鉴度高,拓展性强。Objective: To convert the grading model of knee osteoarthritis into a cross-platform, easy-to-use software system using C# language, to provide self-test tools for patients who lack relevant knowledge and assessment, and to explore the conversion of mathematical models into software programs and functional extensions. Method:Informationizing the grading model of knee osteoarthritis and applying the Rapid Prototyping, the model was designed,developed, changed, and implemented in Windows operating system. Result: The application reliability of the Rapid Prototyping was tested during the development. In small and medium-sized software development projects, it can meet the changeable needs of users and mobilize users’ enthusiasm in the software design cycle, especially in the design phase, to increase participation and reduce development risk. Conclusion: The system developed the grading prediction software of knee osteoarthritis, whose using effect was good in the internal test, and the predictive ability was consistent with the model. The software is reliable and easy to operate, with high reference degree and strong expansion.
