摘  要:结合塑件的成型需要,优化并确定了塑件注塑成型的工艺参数为:模温60℃,料温240℃,保压第一段32MPa-10 s;保压第二段25 MPa-6 s,冷却时间23 s。在此基础上,设计了塑件的两板模热流道注塑模具结构,模具中,设计了2个外壁滑块抽芯机构;2个内壁斜顶抽芯机构,4个圆形顶杆和顶块顶出机构,保证了塑件的自动化注塑生产。综合运用CAE分析,确定了注塑工艺参数及模具结构3D三维辅助设计,保证了模具结构设计的可靠性和高效性,减少了模具生产成本的浪费。To meet the needs of plastics molding,injection molding process of the plastic parts were optimized and determined. when the mould temperature was 60 ℃,temperature was 240 ℃,the first holding condition of 32 MPa-10 s. the second maintaining condition of 25 MPa-6 s,cooling time was 23 s. the structure of the injection mould of two plate mould hot runner was designed. Two core pulling mechanism of inner wall inclined top,four circular top bar and top block ejection mechanism,the automatic injection molding production of plastic parts was ensured. Combined with the injection molding process and 3 D auxiliary design determined by CAE,the reliability and efficiency of mold structure design were effectively guaranteed,and the waste production cost of mold was effectively reduced.
