摘 要:为了解决软包装材料在包装过程中容易出现跑偏的问题,基于机器视觉实时带材边缘图像检测并结合模糊PID控制方法提出了一种自适应包装带材纠偏控制系统。在分析纠偏工作原理基础上,设计了一种基于CCD图像传感器的带材跑偏检测方法,经图像传感器采集图像后,利用纠偏算法得到带材偏差量,再通过模糊PID自适应控制算法得到相应的伺服驱动信号,从而实现带材纠偏机构的控制。最后进行了相关试验,系统纠偏精度能够控制在0~±1 mm之间。经过纠偏试验验证,该纠偏控制系统的纠偏精度能够完全避免包装带材跑偏,可以满足高精度包装要求。In order to solve the problem that the soft packaging material is prone to deviation in the packaging process,a kind of adaptive packaging strip deviation control system was proposed based on machine vision real time strip edge image detection and fuzzy PID control method. Based on the analysis of the working principle of deviation correction,in this paper a method of strip deviation detection based on CCD image sensor was designed,after the image was captured by the image sensor,the deviation amount of strip material was obtained using the deviation correction algorithm,and then the corresponding servo driving signal was obtained through the fuzzy PID adaptive control algorithm,thus realizing the control of the correction mechanism of strip material. Finally,experiments were carried out,and the correction accuracy of the system can be controlled within the range of 0~±1 mm. It is proved by the deviation correction test that the deviation correction accuracy of the control system can completely avoid the deviation of the packaging strip,and can meet the requirements of high precision packaging.
