摘  要:探讨机器视觉技术用于评价起绒织物表面质量的方法与效果。设计织物表面轮廓切向成像方法,获取起绒织物表面的轮廓图像。建立感兴趣的绒毛区域,采用最大类间方差法和形态学方法进行绒毛区域分割,以Canny算子有效提取了绒毛区域边缘轮廓特征。建立了绒毛区域垂直方向的厚度参数和水平方向的覆盖率参数模型。试验结果表明:定量评定绒毛表面质量黑色起绒织物最佳。认为:该方法实现了对起绒织物表面质量的量化评价。The method and effect of evaluating fluff fabric surface quality by machine vision technology were discussed.The tangential imaging method of fabric surface profile was designed.The profile image of fluff fabric surface was obtained.The fluff area of interest was established.The fluff region segmentation was proceed by adopting Otsu and morphological method.The edge profile characteristics of fluff area were effectively extracted by Canny operator.The model of the thickness parameter in vertical direction and the coverage parameter in horizontal direction for fluff region was established.The experimental results showed that the quantitative assessment fluffy surface quality of black fluff fabric was the best.It is considered that quantitative evaluation of the surface quality for fluffy fabrics is achieved by this method.
