摘  要:近年来,国内机床企业的产量不断提高,但是在基础部件制造精度、整机质量稳定性和一致性方面一直与国际先进水平存在较大差距。提高整机质量的一致性与稳定性,最重要的一个方面就是提升床身、立柱等关键零/部件的制造精度,而机床导轨安装面的加工精度是影响整机精度和装配效率最主要的因素。根据机床基础大件的实际加工检测需求,针对机床基础大件上的导轨安装平面,设计了一套新型专用机床导轨安装面几何误差检测系统,实现对导轨安装面几何误差的准确、快速和高效测量。通过与高精度光电自准直仪的对比测量实验,证明开发的测量系统与自准直仪的测量精度相当,但在测量效率方面有明显提升,能更加高效、快速地完成多项几何误差的测量。检测系统的研究成果对提高国内机床制造业的制造精度和一致性具有积极的意义。In recent years,domestic machine tool enterprises continue to improve their annual output,but a large gap still exists between the domestic machine tools and the advanced world standard especially in quality stability and consistency of machine,and manufacturing accuracy of basic parts.In fact,one of the most important aspects of improving the quality consistency and stability of machine is to improve the manufacturing accuracy of key parts such as bed,column,and so on.And the machining accuracy of the rolling guide mounting surface is the most important factor affecting the accuracy and assembly efficiency of the whole machine.Based on the large machine tool guide rail mounting plane,according to the actual machining and testing requirement of big fundamental parts of machine tool,proposed a special machine tool model mounting surface geometric error detection system to realize the accurate,fast and efficient measurement of the surface geometric error of mounting rail.It proves that the developed measurement system has an equivalent accuracy compared to the autocollimator in the high precision photoelectric autocollimator contrast experiment.Additionally,the measuring efficiency has a great improvement,and it can be more efficient and fast to complete a number of geometric error measurement.The proposed system has positive significance for improving the manufacturing accuracy and consistency for domestic machine tool manufacturing industry.
