摘　　要：目的探讨理气化痰消癥汤联合抗孕激素药物对子宫肌瘤患者的预后效果.方法将本院收治的100例子宫肌瘤患者分为对照组(n=50,米非司酮治疗)与观察组(n=50,理气化痰消癥汤联合米非司酮治疗),比较2组治疗效果.结果观察组治疗后子宫体积、肌瘤体积均显著小于对照组,中医症候评分显著低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组治疗后孕酮、雌二醇、黄体生成素及卵泡生成激素水平显著低于对照组(P<0.05).结论理气化痰消癥汤联合米非司酮治疗子宫肌瘤效果显著,子宫肌瘤体积缩小明显.Objective To investigate effect of Liqi Huatan Xiaozheng Decoction combined with anti-progestin drugs on prognosis of uterine fibroids patients. Methods A total of 100 patients with uterine fibroids collected in our hospital were divided into control group(n = 50) treated by mifepristone and observation group(n = 50) given Liqi Huatan Xiaozheng Decoction combined with mifepristone. The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared. Results After treatment,uterine volume and fibroid volume in the observation group were smaller,and TCM syndrome scores was lower than those in the control group(P < 0. 05). After treatment,the levels of progesterone,estradiol,luteinizing hormone and follicle-forming hormone in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P < 0. 05). Conclusion Liqi Huatan Xiaozheng Decoction combined with mifepristone is effective in the treatment of uterine fibroids,and fibroid volume was shrunk greatly.
