摘  要:以聚乙丙交酯(PGLA)编织线为研究对象,探讨不同等离子体处理功率和时间对处理后的PGLA编织线的表面形貌、拉伸性能、亲水性及柔软性的影响规律。试验结果表明,随着低温等离子体处理功率和时间的增加,等离子体处理对PGLA编织线性能的影响增大。经低温等离子体处理后,编织线的表面出现沟槽等明显的刻蚀痕迹,导致线体质量下降;刻蚀作用及结晶度的下降使编织线的拉伸强力有所损失;编织线表面粗糙度及亲水基团的增加,使其亲水性增强;编织线表面交联度的增大及黏着物的增加使其柔软性变差,硬度提高。The poly(glycolide-co-lactide)(PGLA)braided yarns treated by different plasma processing power and time were selected to discuss the influence of processing parameters on surface morphology,tensile property,hydrophilicity and flexibility.Results show that the degree of influence on yarn properties deepens with the increase of processing power and time.After treatment,obvious etching marks such as grooves appear on yarn surface,which leads to a decrease in mass.The etching effect and decrease in crystallinity lead to a decrease in tensile property.With the increase of surface roughness and hydrophilic groups,the hydrophilicity of braided yarn is enhanced.The increasing of cross-linking degree and adhesion on yarn surface make braided yarn less flexible.
