从三类学位论文数量的变化趋势来看社会工作硕士专业研究生人才培养的困境

摘　　要：学位论文是研究生培养的重要环节,也是反映研究生培养质量的重要指标。社会工作专业硕士研究生学位论文分为实务、项目和政策论文三类。本文以北京市B大学为例,发现实务论文逐渐变成最主要选题类型,项目和政策论文选题的数量呈萎缩态势,这一不合理现象背后是学生和导师的一种理性选择,同时也反映出了高校在社会工作专业硕士研究生人才培养上的困境,本文就这一现象和困境展开论述的同时也从高校人才培养的角度提出了对策建议。Academic degree dissertation is a critical link in cultivating postgraduate, a vital index to reflect postgraduate cultivation quality as well. Academic degree dissertation of social work major is divided into three types:practice, project and policy. This paper takes Beijing B University as an example, discovering that practice dissertation has become the leading topic selected, while project and policy dissertation show shrinking trend which is a reasonable selection for students and teachers behind an unreasonable phenomenon, reflecting the dilemma of social work major postgraduate cultivation in colleges and universities at the same time. This paper discusses the dilemma and proposes suggestions from the angle of talents cultivation in colleges and universities.
