毕业生跟踪调查长效机制的构建——基于北京城市学院研究生分析

摘　　要：作为全国首批获得研究生培养资格的民办高校,北京城市学院迄今为止已培养4届硕士毕业生,几年来,学校一直采取毕业生跟踪调查这一方式对学校研究生人才培养、学科建设、科研创新、管理服务等进行广泛、深入了解并作为改进相关工作的重要依据,为了使这一调查更加系统化、科学化和长效化,尝试构建学校研究生毕业情况调查长效机制。通过文献研究和参与观察法,文章分析了学校研究生毕业情况跟踪调查的基本形式、主要内容和具体措施,最后提出了建议和思考。Beijing City University has cultivated postgraduate students for four years since it had received postgraduate training qualification as the first private university in China. The university has been adopting graduates tracking survey to generate a comprehensive and deep understanding on postgraduate cultivation, curriculum construction, research renovation, management service, and utilize which as a critical basis of improving related work. For establishing a systematized, scientific and long-acting survey, the university attempts to construct the long-term mechanism for postgraduate tracking survey. The university obtained the fundamental form, major content, and detailed measures of the postgraduates tracking survey through literature research and participation in observation, proposed a list of suggestions and reflection as well.
