摘　　要：介绍一种功率老化试验方法的重要性以及混合集成电路DC/DC变换器功率老化的方法。总结出实际中的问题和难点,以及在实际中控制DC/DC壳温老化方法。同时,对混合集成电路老化需要注意的问题进行了分析。This paper introduces the importance of a power aging test method and the power aging method of hybrid integrated circuit DC/DC converter. The problems and difficulties in practice are summarized, and the methods of controlling the temperature aging of DC/DC shells in practice are also presented. At the same time, the problems needing attention in the aging of hybrid integrated circuits are analyzed.
