摘 要:目的:从分子生物学水平探讨强脉冲光和长脉宽1 064nmNd:YAG激光治疗血管瘤的机制。方法:使用不同能量强脉冲光和长脉宽1 064nmNd:YAG激光对婴儿血管瘤血管内皮细胞进行体外照射,照射后测量不同时间点细胞OD值,并进行比较。结果:强脉冲光组照射后,在同一时间点能量越高,体外培养血管瘤内皮细胞OD值越低,表明照射后存活细胞数减少,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),在所有测试时间点均呈现相同的改变趋势。Nd:YAG组照射后,在同一时间点,不同能量显示相同的变化趋势。在同一能量组,不同时间点的变化趋势有所不同。结论:强脉冲光和Nd:YAG激光对于血管瘤的抑制作用除了"选择性光热作用"外,还通过影响血管瘤内皮细胞的生长发挥抑制作用,并且影响程度在一定范围内受到能量和时间的影响。Objective To investigate the mechanism of intense pulse light and variable pulse width 1 064 nm Nd:YAG laser in the treatment of hemangioma from molecular biological level. Methods Infant hemangioma vascular endothelial cells were irradiated with different energy intense pulsed light and variable pulse width 1 064 nm Nd:YAG laser in vitro. The OD values were measured and compared at different time after irradiation. Results Intense pulse light irradiation group: at the same time point, the higher the energy, the lower the OD value of endothelial cells cultured in vitro. The results showed that the number of surviving cells decreased after irradiation, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). And showed the same change trend at all test time points. At the same time point after irradiation in Nd:YAG group, different energy showed the same change trend. In the same energy group, the trend varies at different time points. Conclusion The mechnism of inhibitory effect of intense pulsed light and Nd:YAG laser on hemangioma is not only selective photothermal effect, but also the inhibitory effect on the growth of endothelial cells in hemangioma. And the degree of influence is affected by energy and time in a certain range.
