摘 要:目的:用Arnett分析法建立新疆乌鲁木齐地区成人正常牙合人群X线头影测量正常参考值范围,比较乌鲁木齐男女与白人男女软组织侧貌差异。方法:调查乌鲁木齐地区乌鲁木齐籍大学生2000例,收集74例正常牙合学生,从中随机选取50例(男24例,女26例)。对选取的每个样本拍摄X线头影测量侧位片,用Winceph9.0头影测量软件对其定点测量,与Arnett所提供的白人数据作比较。结果:乌鲁木齐男性与女性相比软组织厚度较厚、垂直向高度较长、面部轮廓较明显,性别间差异有统计学意义。而相对于白人,乌鲁木齐人的特征是男女面部轮廓较平、面部尺寸较小,乌鲁木齐男女与白人男女间差异存在统计学意义。结论:应建立不同民族、不同地区、不同性别Arnett分析法的测量正常值,以便为正畸和正颌外科的临床诊断、治疗评估提供更科学的参考依据。Objective The objective of the study is to establish soft tissue cephalometric norms for Urumqi Xinjiang population using Arnett soft tissue analysis, and to compare the difference of soft tissue profile between the male and female subjects and between the Urumqi and white samples. Methods To investigate 2000 subjects of Urumqi university students in Urumqi region,and to collect 74 normal occlusion students, 50 subjects were randomly selected(24 males and 26 female). X-ray cephalometric lateral films were taken for each selected sample, and fixed-point measurements were made with Winceph 9.0 cephalometric software. The results were compared with the white data provided by Arnett. Results Compared with women, Urumqi men had thicker soft tissue, longer vertical height and more obvious facial contour. There was significant difference between the sexes. Compared with whites, Urumqi population is characterized by a smaller facial profile and a smaller facial size, there are significant differences between the male and female subjects and between the Urumqi and white samples. Conclusion Normal values of Arnett analysis in different nationalities, regions and genders should be established in order to provide more scientific reference for clinical diagnosis and treatment evaluation of orthodontic and orthognathic surgery.
