摘 要:针对一款PFI增压汽油机的原始进气道进行优化,首先应用Pro/E三维软件进行多个方案的建模,对各方案分别进行CFD仿真,并制作了可用于试验验证的气道芯盒快速样件。验证结果表明,在不同气门升程下,稳态CFD仿真计算能够对进气道滚流比和流量系数的优化改进趋势给出较为准确的模拟;经优化设计的进气道能够在不明显改变流量系数的前提下,较大幅度提升滚流比,最终获得了理想的优化设计结果。In order to optimize the original intake port of a PFI turbocharged gasoline engine, Pro/E three-dimensional software was used to model several schemes, CFD simulation was carried out for each scheme, and a rapid prototype of the airway core box was made for test verification. The validation results show that the three-dimensional steady-state calculation model can accurately simulate the optimization trend of the inlet tumble ratio and flow coefficient under different valve lift, and the optimized inlet can greatly increase the tumble ratio without obvious change of the flow coefficient, and ultimately obtain the ideal optimization design results.
