摘 要:基于一款通过驻车电加热进行再生的DPF和相关污染物采样及排放测试设备,建立了驻车再生DPF再生期间排气污染物采样系统和周期排放测试及评价方法,并基于发动机台架试验验证了该系统和方法。结果表明,驻车电加热再生DPF再生期间会产生大量的CO,CO再生因子可达1.02;尽管再生过程中产生了一定量的NOx、THC和PM,但对于发动机周期排放的影响并不显著。满足国五排放标准并加装电加热再生DPF的车用柴油机,考虑再生期间排放后的加权排放仍能满足国五排放标准要求。Based on a parking regeneration DPF and pollutant emissions detecting equipment, a set of pollutant sampling system and testing and evaluation method of periodic emissions of the regeneration PDF was established. Meanwhile, the evaluation method for the periodic emissions of DPF was verified with the engine bench. The results show that during regeneration of DPF, a large amount of CO was produced, and the CO regeneration factor can reach 1.02. Although a certain amount of NOx, THC, and PM were produced during regeneration, the impact on engine periodic emissions was not significant. The weighted emissions of a Chinese Ⅴ stage vehicle diesel engine can still meet the requirements of the Chinese Ⅴ stage emission standard after considering the emissions of DPF during the regeneration period.
