折叠式人工玻璃体球囊的临床应用

摘　　要：目的探讨人工玻璃体球囊植入治疗严重眼外伤及陈旧性复发性视网膜脱离的手术方法及疗效。方法回顾性分析2018年2~8月植入人工玻璃体球囊23例(23只眼),记录人工玻璃体球囊位置、术后视力、术后眼压、视网膜情况、术中及术后并发症,评价人工玻璃体球囊植入的疗效。结果23只眼人工玻璃体球囊位置均居中,22只眼手术顺利,术后早期并发症包括前房无菌性反应性渗出膜、角膜水肿混浊、前房积血、球囊引流管移位,通过对症治疗均好转。结论虽然人工玻璃体球囊植入有一些早期并发症,但其依然给严重眼外伤及陈旧性复发性视网膜脱离的患者带来了一种崭新且安全有效的治疗方法。Objective To investigate the surgical methods and efficacy of the foldable capsular vitreous body(FCVB) in the treatment of severe ocular trauma and long-standing recurrent retinal detachment.Methods A retrospective analysis of 23 cases with FCVB implantation(23 eyes) from February 2018 to August 2018 was performed. The position of FCVB, postoperative visual acuity, postoperative intraocular pressure, retina condition, intraoperative and postoperative complications were evaluated to assess the efficacy of FCVB implantation.Results The position of FCVB was centered in all 23 eyes. The operations of 22 eyes were successful. Early postoperative complications included reactive aseptic exudative lesion in the anterior chamber, corneal edema and opacity, hyphemia, and dislocation of the FCVB drainage tube, which all improved after symptomatic treatment.Conclusions Although some early complications exist after the implantation of FCVB, it still provides a new, safe and effective treatment option for patients with severe ocular trauma and long-standing recurrent retinal detachment.
