摘　　要：为适应行业发展对高素质药学应用型人才的需求,结合我校药学专业实践教学各环节及近年来的实践改革进程,从药学实践教学课程与评价体系、第二课堂活动、产学研结合等方面进行改革与实践。整合药学相关专业实验课程,建立“分层次、分阶段、一体化”的实践教学体系。经过几年改革实践,我校在药学专业学生的动手能力、科研能力与创新思维培养等方面取得了较好的教学改革实践效果。In order to meet the demand of the development of the industry,combine with each link of Pharmacy specialty practical teaching and the practice reform process in recent years, the reform and the practice were carried on from the following aspects: the experimental teaching system, the experimental teaching evaluation system, the extracurricular activities, the combination of production, education and research. Pharmacy experiment courses were integrated and a practical teaching system that hierarchical, phases and integrative was built. Though several years of reform practice, it proved that the reform can fostering manipulation ability and scientific research consciousness and innovative ability of students and better teaching effects was achieved.
