摘 要:传统矿用电机车用的速度传感器存在安装不便、容易损坏、维修昂贵、抗电磁干扰能力差等弊端。针对这些问题,在原有的变频调速驱动装置上引入无速度传感器技术,采用模型参考自适应作为无速度传感器的控制算法,以TMS320F28335 DSP为核心,采用矢量控制策略和空间矢量脉宽调制技术,研制出矿用电机车无速度传感器变频驱动装置。在MATLAB中利用M语言对整个系统进行仿真,结果表明,所设计的速度观测器在电机稳定运行方面优于传统的光电编码器测速效果。通过三相异步电机试验,对无速度传感器矢量控制系统进行测试,分析认为,电机在空载、负载和变速情况下的性能较为良好,表明该驱动装置调速性能稳定,电机车维护工作量可以大大减小,能够满足矿井牵引的需要。Traditional speed sensor of mining electric vehicle has many drawbacks such as inconveniently installation,easy to be damaged,expensively maintaining,and poor anti-electromagnetic interference ability.Focusing on these problems,speed sensorless technique was introduced based on original variable-frequency drive,and model reference adaptive control was used as the control algorithm of the non-speed sensor.TMS320 F28335 DSP was used as the core and adopting vector control strategy and space vector pulse width modulation technique.The speed sensorless variable-frequency drive for the mining electric vehicle was developed.M language was used to simulate the whole system in MATLAB,and the results showed that the speed measurement effect of the proposed speed observer could be comparable to that of conventional optical-electricity encoders.The speed sensorless vector control system was tested by the three-phase asynchronous motor test in laboratory,and the results showed that asynchronous motor had good performance under no-load current,load current and variable speed conditions,which demonstrated that this driving device had stable speed control performance,and could greatly reduce the workload of the electric vehicle,so as to meet the demand of mine for traction.
