摘 要:针对脑卒中恢复期患者的上肢力量训练及神经性训练对促进脑卒中患者完全康复意义重大。开发了一台上肢外骨骼主动式力量训练器,用于恢复患者的上肢肌力训练及运动控制能力训练。基于人体上肢运动规律及国人上肢尺寸,设计训练器结构。通过实验对阻力训练等级进行标定,通过均方根误差与标准偏差对训练器运动跟随能力和数据采集能力进行评估。实验验证了训练器的可行性,为恢复期患者上肢力量训练、控制能力训练提供辅助,为康复师制定训练计划提供参考。Upper limb strength training for convalescent people is of great significance in promoting complete rehabilitation of stroke. An active force trainer for upper limb was developed to realise upper limb force training and motor controlling ability training for convalescent people. Based on the movement law and size of human,following the general design method,the mechanical structure of the force trainer was designed. The force training level was calibrated by experiments,and the tracking ability and data acquisition ability of the trainer were evaluated by root-mean-square error and standard deviation. The results showed that this force trainer can provide force training and track the movement with high repeatability,thus providing assistance for stroke people and therapists.
