低位直肠癌术后并发吻合口瘘的临床观察与护理

摘　　要：目的 探讨低位直肠癌术后并发吻合口瘘的预防及护理对策。方法 对本院2010年7月至2018年4月300例低位直肠癌保肛术患者术后并发吻合口瘘情况进行严密观察,并进行积极有效的护理措施。结果 300例低位直肠癌患者共有18例并发吻合口瘘,发生率为6%,17例患者经引流、换药、消炎等保守治疗后瘘口愈合,1例患者进行横结肠造口,瘘口平均愈合时间为(17.93±3.58)d。结论 为降低位直肠癌术后并发吻合口瘘发生率,应严格相关护理措施,及时关注患者病情以及身体状态,针对性地开展预防方案。Objective To investigate the prevention and nursing strategies of postoperative anastomotic leakage in patients with low rectal cancer.Methods 300 patients with low rectal cancer anus-preserving surgery in our hospital from July 2010 to April 2018 were observed closely for anastomotic leakage,and active and effective nursing measures were taken.Results Among 300 cases of patients,A total of 18 cases with low rectal cancer complicated with anastomotic leakage,the incidence rate was 6.00%.17 patients healed after conservative treatment such as drainage,dressing change,anti-inflammatory,etc.1 patient underwent transverse colostomy,and the average healing time of the fistula was(17.93±3.58)d.Conclusion In order to reduce the incidence of postoperative anastomotic leakage in patients with rectal cancer,strict care measures should be taken to pay attention to the patient's condition and physical condition,and preventive measures should be carried out in a targeted manner.
