摘　　要：变电站二次检修技能培训平台主要包括虚拟仿真实训平台和真实设备实训平台,在实操培训过程中,两者都有各自的优势和局限性。基于虚拟仿真实训与传统真实设备实训融合,整合形成完整的模块化实训教学方案,提高了设备利用效率和实操培训效果,对于保障电网安全稳定运行具有重要的意义。The skill training platform for substation secondary circuit maintenance mainly includes virtual simulation training platform and real equipment training platform, which have their own advantages and limitations in the process of practical training. Based on the combination of virtual simulation training and traditional real equipment training, a complete modular training program is formed by the integration in this paper, which improves the efficiency of equipment and the effectiveness of practical training, Besides, it is of great significance to ensure the safe and stable operation of the power grid.
