摘　　要：文章从专利分析的角度对国内外热灌装饮料瓶的结构方面的专利进行统计分析,对专利申请量年度发展趋势、主要技术分支和重点申请人、以及热灌装饮料瓶结构专利技术的发展演进等方面进行了分析,为国内相关企业进行热灌装饮料瓶结构的专利技术开发和布局提供一定的参考。From the point of view of patent analysis, this paper makes a statistical analysis on the patents of hot fill beverage bottle structure at home and abroad. The annual development trend of patent application, the main technical branches and key applicants, and the development and evolution of patent technology for hot fill beverage bottle structure are analyzed. This provides a certain reference for domestic enterprises to develop and layout the patent technology of hot fill beverage bottle structure.
