摘 要:针对通过增加板厚或新增结构来降低船体局部高应力的做法会导致结构重量增加且制造工艺更为复杂的问题,引入应力释放孔的设计概念,通过对原设计做减法的方式来降低船体局部高应力水平,分析应力释放孔的形状、尺寸和位置等因素对应力改善效果的影响,得出应力释放孔的一般设计原则。Reducing locally high stress level of hull structure is normally by means of increasing plate thickness or adding structure members, which will increase the steel weight and make the manufacture practice more complicated. To solve this issue, the concept of stress release hole was introduced to reduce the structure stress level, which means doing subtraction on the base of original design. By researching the effect of stress release hole’s shape, size and location on the strength improvement, the design principle of stress release hole was obtained.
