建设人力资源强国背景下高职院校体育课程创新发展的研究

摘　　要：人力资源强国发展理念的提出是顺应目前发展需要的新视角,根据这一发展理念,在实现人力资源强国发展的过程中具有健康层面、教育性特征以及数量性特征。高职院校的充分发展是人力资源强国发展理念实现的重要途径之一,在发展过程中要求充分加强对学生体育课程的创新设置,能够从多个层面上促进高职院校体育教学方式优化,促进学生养成终身体育的发展观念。文章首先分析了人力资源强国的含义与特征,为目前高职院校体育课程的创新改革提出了有效的发展背景与发展条件,为高校体育人才的培养指出了新的发展方向,要求高职院校体育课程中应当加强体育基础知识教学,选择合适的体育选项教学内容,设置具有职业特色选修内容,加强体育文化知识内容的拓展以及加强个性化体育内容的设置,实现人力资源强国的目的。The concept of the development of a powerful country rich in human resources is a new perspective that meets the needs of the current development. According to that, there are health dimensions, educational characteristics, and quantitative characteristics in the process of realizing the development of a strong human resource. The full development of higher vocational colleges is one of the important ways to realize the development concept of a powerful country with strong human resources. During the development process, schools are required to fully strengthen the innovation setting of students' physical education curriculum, to promote the physical education teaching in higher vocational colleges from various levels, and to optimize, promote students to develop lifelong sports development concept. This article first analyzes the meaning and characteristics of the powerful country rich in human resources, and proposes effective development basis and development conditions for the innovation of the physical education curriculum in higher vocational colleges. It points out a new direction for the development of college sports personnel and requires better vocational education. To achieve the purpose of human resources and strengthen the country, specific physical education curriculum should strengthen the teaching of sports basic knowledge, choose the appropriate sports option teaching content, set up professional content with elective content, strengthen the expansion of sports cultural knowledge content and strengthen the setting of personalized sports content.
