高校体育课中开设女生气排球选项课的可行性研究——以中国传媒大学南广学院为例

摘　　要：本文以中国传媒大学南广学院(以下简称"南广学院")选修气排球选项课的女生为研究对象,通过对开设课程的条件、教学内容和课堂运动负荷进行研究。剖析在大学体育课中开设女生气排球选项课的可行性。认为气排球运动符合女性生理和心理特点,开设气排球课程对提高教学质量和进一步推广气排球运动有积极意义。In this paper,the female students of Nanguang College of Communication University of China(hereinafter referred to as "Nanguang College") who take the optional course of air volleyball are the research object. Through the research on the conditions of offering courses,teaching content and classroom sports load,we could analyze the feasibility of setting up volleyball options in college physical education class. It is concluded that the course of air volleyball is of positive significance to improve teaching quality and further popularize air volleyball.
