摘  要:采用湿法纺丝技术将圣泉集团生产的生物质石墨烯浆料与海藻酸钠溶液进行共混纺丝,制备出生物质石墨烯改性海藻纤维,并对其力学性能、吸湿性能、阻燃性能、抑菌性能、远红外性能进行测试。结果表明,随着石墨烯含量的增加,纤维力学强度先增高后下降,当石墨烯含量为0.5%,纤维强度可达1.72cN/dtex。纤维回潮率和极限氧指数(LOI)随石墨烯含量提高而进一步增大,当石墨烯含量为1.5%时,回潮率为23.36%,极限氧指数为41。少量添加石墨烯,纤维呈现较好的抗菌和远红外性能,且随着石墨烯含量的增加,纤维抑菌和远红外性能不断提高,当石墨烯添加量为1.5%时,纤维对金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌及白色念珠菌的抑菌率均大于99%,远红外温升为3.3℃,发射率0.9。The biomass graphene modified seaweed fiber was prepared by blending biomass graphene slurry produced by Shengquan Group with sodium alginate solution by wet spinning technology,and its mechanical properties,moisture absorption properties,flame retardant performance,bacteriostatic performance,and far infrared performance were tested.The results show that with the increase of graphene content,the fiber mechanical strength first increases and then decreases.When the graphene content is 0.5%,the fiber strength can reach 1.72 cN/dtex.The moisture regain and limit oxygen index (LOI) of the fiber increased further with the increase of graphene content.When the graphene content was 1.5%,the moisture regain was 23.36% and the limiting oxygen index was 41.A small amount of graphene was added, and the fiber exhibits good antibacterial and far-infrared properties.With the increase of graphene content,the fiber antibacterial and far-infrared properties are continuously improved.When the amount of graphene added is 1.5%,the fiber is golden yellow grape.The antibacterial rate of cocci,Escherichia coli and Candida albicans was more than 99%,the far infrared temperature rise was 3.3 ℃,and the emissivity was 0.9.
