摘　　要：高职院校为了解决人才培养结构失衡问题、与产业需求对接问题以及人才培养“两张皮”问题,需要以行业需求为着力点,以校企双赢为切入点,以现代学徒制为突破口,深化产教融合,并轨培育人才,实现育人链与生产链的无缝对接,以达到校企一体化育人的目的。In order to solve the problems about structural imbalance in talent development,connection between talents and industrial demands,“two skin phenomenon” in talent cultivation,it is advisable to apply modern apprenticeship system(as a breakthrough),deepen industry-education integration and foster talents from the two aspects in order to achieve a close connection between talent cultivation and social production.
