摘　　要：多元文化背景下少数族裔的身份认同一直是美国作家关注的热点。菲利普·罗斯的”美国三部曲”细致描绘出美国年轻一代犹太人在对本民族文化的厌弃逃离和对美国文化主动同化的过程中找不到理想家园的身份困境。罗斯将普通美国人的命运与美国历史和政治事件结合,在身份认同背后表达了对美国社会政治的批判。The identity of ethnic minorities in multicultural context has always been the focus of attention of American writers. Philip Roth’s American Trilogy depicted in detail the plight of the young generation of Jews who were actively assimilating American culture to find their ideal homeland in the process of abandoning their own culture. Roth combined the fate of ordinary Americans with American history and political events, and expressed his criticism on American social politics behind his identity.
