摘　　要：[目的/意义]以智联招聘网站中的招聘广告为数据样本,研究企业对信息化咨询业人才的需求,并对高校人才培养提出建议。[方法/过程]采用内容分析法,通过对招聘广告进行解读,析出所提及的技能,统计每项技能出现的频数,从而构建企业信息化咨询职业技能的类目体系。[结果/结论]对于信息化咨询职业,企业最看重的技能有办公软件的灵活使用,企业所属行业相关知识背景的掌握,项目管理控制能力,沟通能力与团队精神,敬业精神与责任感,学习能力与意愿。[Purpose/significance] The paper takes advertisement of recruitment on the website of Zhi Lian Hiring as the data sample to study enterprise demand for informatization consultation talents, and puts forward suggestions for talent training of universities.[Method/process] The paper uses content analysis to analyze the recruitment advertisements, picks out the skills mentioned, and counts the frequency of each skill, so as to construct a category system of professional skills of enterprise informatization consultation.[Result/conclusion] For the informatization consultation profession, the most important skills considered by enterprises include the flexible use of office software, the mastery of relevant knowledge background of enterprise’s industry, project management and control skills, communication skills and team spirit, professionalism and responsibility, learning ability and willingness.
