摘  要:对13份西藏藏木香中黄酮、多酚、土木香内酯、异土木香内酯含量进行测定,结果表明:13份西藏藏木香中土木香内酯和异土木香内酯最高含量分别为44. 22、45. 45mg/g,不同藏木香样品之间土木香内酯和异土木香内酯含量均存在显著差异,且土木香内酯和异土木香内酯的含量呈极显著正相关(P <0. 01);13份西藏藏木香中多酚与黄酮含量均较高,最高含量分别为1 602. 24、60. 66mg/100g,且多酚含量均高于黄酮含量。In order to explore the content of main functional components in Tibetan Inula racemose Hook.f.( I.racemosa ),the flavonoids,polyphenols,alantolactone and isoalantolactone of thirteen species of Tibetan I.racemose were determined.The [Result]s showed that the highest contents of alantolactone and isoalantolactone were were 44.22mg/g and 45.45mg/g,respectively.There were significant differences in the contents of alantolactone and isoalantolactone among thirteen samples.There was a strong positive correlation between the contents of alantolactone and isoalantolactone( P <0.01).Simultaneously,both polyphenols and flavonoids were higher.The highest contents were 1 602.24mg/100g and 60.66mg/100g,respectively.And the content of polyphenols was always higher than flavonoids.Tibetan I.racemose exhibited the high medical and health value.
