高职院校开放性实训室管理分析

摘　　要：企业对于人才素质的要求随着社会和经济的发展变得越来越高,培养高素质人才是目前高职院校的重要任务。为了满足培养高素质应用型人才的需求,许多高职院校都采用了开放性实训室的管理模式。文章提出实行开放性实训室管理的意义,通过分析目前开放性实训室实行的现状,来提出开放性实训室完善管理的建议,从而实现对高素质综合人才的培养。With the development of society and economy, enterprises have higher and higher requirements on the quality of talents. Cultivate high-quality talents is an important task for higher vocational colleges. In order to meet the requirements of cultivating highquality applied talents, many higher vocational colleges have adopted the management mode of open training room. This paper first puts forward the significance of implementing open training room management, and puts forward suggestions on improving the management of open training room by analyzing the current situation of open training room implementation, so as to realize the cultivation of high-quality comprehensive talents.
