摘  要:针对农业温室大棚中CO2浓度监测易受到温度影响的问题,建立了一种利用热释电探测器对非色散红外CO2传感器进行温度补偿的模型。从安装在红外探测器上的热敏电阻的输出电压中提取环境温度。为了建立温度补偿模型,进行了温度对传感器模块性能影响的实验,并采用卡尔曼滤波对足够的稳态数据进行处理。在建立温度补偿模型之后,其在30℃温度变化范围内的精度在±150 ppm以内,能够实现较准确的CO2浓度在线监测。According to the problem that the monitoring of CO 2 concentration in agricultural greenhouse was easily affected by temperature,a model of temperature compensation for non-dispersive infrared CO 2 sensor using pyroelectric detector was established.The temperature was extracted from the output voltage of the thermistor mounted on the infrared detector.In order to establish a temperature compensation model,the effect of temperature on the performance of sensor module was tested,and Kalman filter was used to deal with the enough steady state data.After establishing the temperature compensation model,the accuracy of the sensor module within the range of 30 ℃ temperature is within the ±150 ppm,which can achieve accurate online monitoring of CO 2 concentration.
