摘 要:将超声波测距原理用于轴承形廓质量检测系统,以双核架构的TMS320F28377D为核心,设计基于双核的电机控制模块、数据采集模块、RS485通讯模块等。基于硬件平台,设计基于Modbus的“DSP+HMI”设备通讯模块、基于滤波算法的数据采集及处理模块软件。通过对轴承形廓内径、外径以及高度进行检测,计算检测误差范围在0.008 mm内。实验对检测精度进行分析,证明控制系统用于轴承形廓检测工业现场效果良好,稳定可靠。The principle of ultrasonic distance measurement was used for the bearing profile quality detection system.The TMS320F28377D with dual-core architecture was the core,and a dual-core motor control module,data acquisition module,and RS485 communication module were designed.Based on the hardware platform,the Modbus-based “DSP+HMI” device communication module and the filtering algorithm-based data acquisition and processing module software were designed.By detecting the inner diameter,outer diameter and height of the bearing profile,the detection error range was calculated within 0.008 mm.The experiment analyzes the detection accuracy and proves that the control system is effective and stable for bearing profile inspection in the industrial field.
