摘 要:针对煤矿井下超声辅助倒车装置抗干扰能力较弱的问题,设计基于LIN总线的超声测距系统,以提高系统整体的抗干扰能力。首先设计LIN主节点电路并改善其驱动能力,然后分析e524.06芯片的测距时序,明确测距流程并编写程序完成系统,最后对系统进行测距精度和稳定性试验。结果表明,控制器可以通过LIN主节点电路与e524.06所组成的超声收发单元之间完成双向可靠通信,系统可以实现250~2 700 mm范围内的距离测量,测量误差小于30 mm,测量波动小于10 mm。In view of the weak anti-interference ability of ultrasonic auxiliary reversing equipment in coal mines,an ultrasonic distance measuring system based on local interconnect network (LIN) bus was designed to improve the anti-interference ability of the whole system.Firstly,the master node circuit of LIN was designed and its driving capability was improved.Then the ranging timing of e524.06 chip was analyzed,the measurement process was defined and the program to complete the system was finished.Finally the system s ranging accuracy and stability were tested.The experimental results show that the microcontroller can realize bidirectional reliable communication between the LIN master node circuit and the ultrasonic transceiver unit composed of e524.06 chip.The system can realize distance measurement in the range of 250~2 700 mm.The measurement error is less than 30 mm,and the fluctuation is less than 10 mm.
