摘 要:由牙周病等原因引发的牙周组织缺失会导致牙齿松动、脱落,不仅损害咀嚼功能,还将严重影响患者的身心健康。牙周组织工程是一种重建缺损牙周组织器官的技术,近年来涌现出一批新方法、新技术,如静电纺丝技术、脱细胞技术、细胞膜片技术、生物3D打印技术等,为功能性的牙周再生提供了可能。本文简要概述了近年来牙周组织工程技术取得的新进展,并展望了其未来发展方向。The deficiency of periodontal tissue caused by periodontal disease will lead to loosening and falling off of teeth,which will not only damage the chewing function of the mouth,but also affect the physical and mental health of the patient seriously. Periodontal tissue engineering is a technology for rebuilding defective periodontal tissue organs. In recent years,a number of new methods and technologies had emerged,which provided possibilities for functional periodontal regeneration. The new methods and technologies included electrostatic spinning technology,decellularization technology,cell sheet technology and biological 3 D printing technology. This paper briefly summarized the recent advances in periodontal tissue engineering,and forecasted the future development direction of periodontal regeneration.
