摘　　要：目的采用医嘱到护理任务的智能转化技术及触控大屏,构建智慧护理交互系统,代替传统的护理白板,实现患者信息的多维集中展示,并指导病区护理工作。方法通过抽取医院各信息系统的业务数据,利用分词技术对文本类医嘱进行语义分析,并将其转化为护理任务,自动呈现在液晶大屏上供护士查看。结果针对各病区不同的护理特点,将护士所关注的各类临床数据,集中展现在护理大屏上,为日常护理工作提供及时、有效的提醒信息。结论智慧护理交互系统的应用,可改变病区传统的护理工作模式,有助提高护理工作效率,降低护理差错,提升护理服务质量。Objective An intelligent nursing interactive system is constructed by using touch screen and intelligent transformation technology from doctor’s order to nursing task, replacing the traditional nursing whiteboard and realizing multi-dimensional centralized display of patients’ information and guiding nursing work in ward. Methods Through extracting the business data of HIS, EMR, LIS, PACS and other systems, the semantic analysis of text medical orders was carried out by word segmentation technology, and it was transformed into nursing tasks, which were automatically presented on the LCD screen for nurses to view. Results According to the different nursing characteristics of each ward, all kinds of clinical data concerned by nurses were concentrated on the nursing screen to provide timely and effective reminder information for daily nursing work. Conclusion The application of intelligent nursing interaction system has changed the traditional nursing work mode, which is helpful to improve nursing efficiency, reduce nursing errors and improve the quality of nursing services.
