摘　　要：作为一所新升本科的地方性院校,应用化学专业的设立时间较短,人才培养过程中还存在很多不足,需要不断地完善.为了使应用化学专业更好地服务于地方经济发展,培养出高素质应用型人才,结合巴彦淖尔市及西部周边主要的产业结构及应用化学专业目前存在的问题进行了分析,从课程设置、教学方式、教学内容、实验实践教学、科研能力、师资队伍、学生基金等方面提出了面向区域产业集群应用化学专业人才培养的改革措施.As a newly upgraded local university,applied chemistry specialty has been established for a short time,and there are still many shortcomings in the process of talent cultivation,which need continuous improvement.In order to make the applied chemistry specialty serve the local economic development better and cultivate high-quality applied talents,this paper analyzes the existing problems of Applied Chemistry Specialty according to the main industrial structure of Bayannur city and its western periphery,from the aspects of curriculum design,teaching methods,teaching contents,experimental practice teaching,scientific research ability,teaching staff and student fund,the reform measures of training applied chemistry professionals oriented to regional industrial clusters are put forward.
