摘　　要：文章从高职高专教育向应用型本科教育改革为出发点,对《牛羊生产技术》这门课程进行相应改革,提出应当从教学定位、培养目标、企业需求与科研结合、教师水平和教学方法、考核标准等方面着手,努力提高和培养具有一定实践动手能力和科研能力相结合的高素质人才。From the perspective of higher vocational education to the applied undergraduate education reform,the article reforms the course "Cow and Sheep Production Technology" and proposes that it should be based on teaching orientation,training objectives,combination of enterprise needs and scientific research,teacher level,teaching methods and assessment standards,we strive to improve and train high-quality talents with a combination of skills training through hands-on practical activities and scientific research capabilities.
