摘　　要：在高校中,众多的基层团员青年担负使命,重任在肩,但是由于多元文化、国际格局等因素的影响,众多团员青年在思想和行动上,已经和团员的身份相偏离,没有坚定的信仰,在社会实践中不能发挥先锋榜样的作用。因此,需要通过高校基层团支部的建设和功能发挥来教育和引导团员,使其成为一线阵地,通过思想、实践等的教育,达到锻炼团员成为有理想、有道德、有文化、守纪律的共产主义事业接班人的目的。Many Young League members at the grass-roots level in Colleges and universities shoulder the mission and heavy responsibilities.However,due to the influence of multiculturalism and international pattern,many young League members have deviated from the identity of League members in ideology and action.Many League members do not have firm beliefs and can not play a vanguard role in social practice.Therefore,it is necessary to educate and guide League members through the construction and function of grass-roots League branches in Colleges and universities,so as to make them a front-line position,and to train League members to become successors of Communist cause with ideals, morality,culture and discipline through ideological and practical education.
