摘　　要：将“课题阶梯引导式教学理念”的深层内涵与传统教学理念进行对照分析,以工程管理专业实践教学为例,从课题工作、课时结构、课题组配备与实践提高三方面探讨课题阶梯引导式教学理念的实施方式,为高校教育教学理念与实践教学改革提供借鉴。The deep connotation of the teaching concept of ladder guided issue is put forward,comparing it with traditional teaching idea,taking the practical teaching of engineering management major as an example,this paper probes into the implementation mode of the teaching Concept of the ladder guidance from the three aspects:the issue work,the class structure,the assignment of the research group and the improvement of practice,which provides a reference for education teaching concept and practical teaching reformin colleges and universities.
