摘　　要：“有理想、有本领、有担当”是习近平总书记在党的十九大报告中对青年一代提出的殷切期望,也是对高等学校人才培养目标提出的重要方向。面对目前大学生培养中存在的问题,要落实培养“三有”素质大学生的要求,学校要担当起首要的管理责任,教师要充分发挥教书育人的作用,社会要解决创造适宜大学生成才的环境。"Having the ideal,the ability and the responsibility" is put forward the earnest expectation by the general secretary Xi Jinping in the 19th National Congress report to the young generation,also is the important direction of training student in the universities.In the face of the existing problems in the cultivation of students having "three qualities",the universities must assume the primary responsibility for management,the teachers must give full play to the role of teaching and educating people,and the society must solve the problem of creating an environment suitable for the students to become talents.
